Cure Hydration offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible products. Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving their order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team. We will review the request, confirm eligibility, and provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may experience delays.
For approved returns, Cure Hydration provides a prepaid return shipping label and covers the return shipping cost for eligible change-of-mind returns, as well as orders that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Return Conditions
Except for products returned due to quality issues, items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging, included accessories, and proof of purchase.
Items should not show unnecessary use, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for no-reason returns:
- Custom-made products
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened products that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety considerations
These exclusions do not affect rights related to defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders where applicable law provides protection.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges may be requested within the same 30-day period.
After approval, we may arrange a replacement shipment after receiving the returned item or provide another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after issuance. The final posting time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the order will be handled according to this Refund Policy.
